DuitNow | Online Banking/Wallets
Formerly known as FPX, DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets is a convenient and secured online payment solution that allows real-time payment to online merchant through you internet banking account.
How to pay online merchant with DuitNow Online Banking?
- Step 1: At merchant's website or checkout page, select DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets OR FPX logo › Select CIMB Clicks › Enter your CIMB Clicks login credentials
- Step 2: Verify transaction details
- Step 3: Approve the transaction with SecureTAC sent to CIMB OCTO App.
- Step 4: Go back to merchant checkout page to check purchase details.

DuitNow | Request
With DuitNow Request (available in CIMB Clicks web only), you can request and receive payments through your DuitNow ID or account number. Upon payee accepting your DuitNow request, payment will be made to your designated bank account.
How to request a payment using DuitNow Request?
- Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web › Select Pay & Transfer › Select Request Payment
- Step 2: Fill in details of your request and Select Next to submit the request.
- Step 3: Approve the transaction with SecureTAC sent to CIMB App.
How to pay/reject/forward a DuitNow Request sent to me?
- Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web › Select Pay & Transfer › Select Manage Pending Request
- Step 2: You may choose to Pay/Reject/Forward the request to other DuitNow ID or Account
- Step 3: Approve the transaction with SecureTAC sent to CIMB App.
How to block a DuitNow Request sent to me?
- Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web › Select Pay & Transfer › Select Block/Unblock Request
- Step 2: Select Block to block the DuitNow Request and the requestor from sending you anymore DuitNow Requests.
- Step 3: Select Confirm to proceed with the action.

How to register for DuitNow ID?
- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow' › 'DuitNow ID'
- Step 2: Select the ID that you wish to register
- Step 3: Select the account you would like to receive money
How to activate DuitNow QR?
- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow' › 'DuitNow QR'
- Step 2: To setup the accounts for payment and receiving, tap 'Default Account'
- Step 3: To set your daily transaction limit for payment, tap 'Transaction Limit'
How to manage DuitNow?
- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow'
- Step 2: Tap 'DuitNow QR' to setup the accounts for payment and receiving and set your daily transaction limit for payment
- Step 3: Tap 'DuitNow ID' to select the ID you wish to switch/edit/register
